What should I do if I am involved in an accident?
You should always first report it to the police no matter how minor. Then contact us to help assist you with processing your claim and answer any questions.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No, our appraisers are on site and available to assist you.

The amount of your estimate doesn't match the insurance companies estimate, why?
Many things come into play when writing an estimate. Keep in mind that an estimate is an opinion and everyone is going to have a different one.

Also most appraisers will only write damage that they can see. If there is damage underneath the hood or somewhere they can not clearly see, they can not write it. We will contact the insurance appraiser when your vehicle is here for the additional damage.

Insurance companies have different labor rates and part prices may vary. We can walk you through this step by step.

Do I need an appointment for repairs?
If your vehicle is drivable and has minor damage we will make an appointment for you as soon as possible.

If the vehicle has major damage and/or is undrivable we can take on the job as soon as needed.

Do I have to use a repair facility from the insurance company's list of referral shops?
No. In Massachusetts you have the absolute right to select any collision facility of your choice. Do not let an insurance company steer you to a repair facility. Our work is always 100% guaranteed.
